This Privacy Policy explains how Capsella ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Splitify mobile application (the "App").
Splitify is designed with your privacy in mind. We believe your videos and personal data belong to you — and only you. The short version: we do not collect, store, or share any of your personal information.
Splitify does not collect, store, transmit, or analyze any personal data. All video processing happens entirely locally on your device. We do not use third-party analytics, behavioral tracking, or advertising SDKs.
In order to function, Splitify requests access to your device's Photo Library. This access is used strictly to:
This access is granted through Apple's standard permissions system. Your photos and videos never leave your device and are never uploaded to any servers.
All video splitting and editing operations are performed locally using your iPhone's hardware. No video data is ever uploaded to a cloud service or backend server. Your content stays entirely under your control.
Splitify offers optional "Tip Jar" in-app purchases to support the development of the App. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not process, receive, or store any of your payment information, such as credit card numbers or billing addresses.
Splitify may request permission to send you local notifications (e.g., to let you know when a video export is complete). These notifications are generated locally on your device and are not pushed through any external or remote server.
Splitify does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect data from any users, the App is completely safe for users of all ages.
